This past week I’ve been stitching up some projects that I’m not quite able to show you yet. This week doesn’t look much different, but in between all the chaos, I’ve been working on a few smaller items.
One that I’ve been wanting to work on for weeks in a shirt to wear to Easton’s soccer games. If you follow my Instagram, you’ll see that most weekends are full of sports and I try to support the team by wearing gear. When I ordered through their store, I assumed that it would be getting chilly and only got myself a sweatshirt. What a mistake – last weekend it was 90! So, before Saturday’s game, I made myself a tee with my Cricut and a logo that I snagged from their website. It turned out so well, even Bret didn’t know I made it myself.
I am pretty sure it would have been less expensive to buy a shirt than what it was to make one, but this was great in a pinch. Plus I have the logo save just in case I need to whip up one for Taylor when she visits. In the mean time, I think I’ll add Easton’s jersey number to the back of the tee.
