I spent the day yesterday helping out at Easton’s school – probably the last time I really get to do that as he will soon graduate elementary school and move on to intermediate (5 and 6th grades) next year. While the day was very hectic, I did have some time to ponder upcoming projects during the waves of calmness. So what’s on the agenda now? Halla Pattern’s Beachocmber Romper.
I actually purchased this pattern last year and never had the opportunity to sew it up. Fortunately, I’ve been seeing a lot of rompers in stores lately so it’s still in style and now I must have one! I plan on skipping the dress and making the shorts version instead… the fabric has yet to be determined. Speaking of “rompers” I am on the hunt for a “nice” woven for the Jalie Rova – I am hoping for a dressy casual type of feel with this one… this may be the “Summer of Rompers!”
