School is back in session. My house is (mostly) clean, my laundry is (mostly) finished, so now I’m ready to dig into the first project of the year. My problem? I have so many things I want to make, I’m not sure what to do first. As of this morning, I’m contemplating Striped Swallow’s Hideaway pattern. For whatever reason, I’m wanting an off-the-shoulder look (I must be feeling nostalgic because I had an awesome shirt like that in the 80’s) that actually looks good on (a little over a year ago, I purchased the Traverse Tee and wasn’t very thrilled with the results even though I wore it out). This is probably one of the quickest sews that I’ve been thinking of doing so I may start with that. Also on the list? Jalie’s Helene (so long as I have enough sweater knit to stitch this up), Jalie’s Zip-Front Jacket\Hoodie (I wound up buying some Under Armor cold weather fabric that is perfect for a jacket for Easton), and an unspecified hoodie pattern form myself because I have some awesome striped French terry that needs to be used!
