Hawaiian Shirt for Little Boys

When your 8 year old needs something to wear for a special Hawaiian themed library event, you whip out your pattern stash and burn the midnight oil to make it happen. To be honest, I was willing to buy a Hawaiian shirt, but quickly realized that they aren’t that easy to find in stores and since we need this shirt by…… TOMORROW, I really didn’t have enough time to order one. So, after a trip to the fabric store, we came up with a fun tropical print from Joann’s and Blank Slate’s Bookworm Button Up. The best part? I’m actually going to save money by making this one!
