If you can’t go to San Diego Comic-Con, you might as well look as if you are… At least that’s the idea behind my latest project!
I used one of my recent purchases, Comic Girls, and Jalie 2920 to make this fun pair of leggings. This is the fourth time I’ve made this pattern and I have to say, the comic girls are one of the most comfortable pair I own. This particular print has a fantastic 4-way stretch, good weight, and softness (to top it off, the colors are even more vivid than the photo so they really stand out), plus I went up a size to accommodate my larger calves and thighs so they are fitted, but not too snug. I may have to consider making a pair of “Comic-con” leggings with one of my sugar skull Star Wars prints (from the same retailer as the Comic Girls so it is printed on the same material).
