Spring is right around the corner and my recent fabric purchase reflects it – just look at all those pastels! I happened to stop by Fabric.com the other day and they had posted a number of french terry and doubleknit fabrics and I couldn’t resist. I picked up several yards of both pink and lime green french terry (I plan on making some hoodies with matching shorts and\or pants), a heather blue rayon knit (which has a hit of teal in it in real life), light blue double knit (for a Boulevard Jacket this spring), and two I Love Lucy prints. Yes, I’m a Lucy fan. I have no idea what I’m going to do with them, but I’m taking suggestions, any ideas on what to make?

We once had a dog named Lucy because we got her the day Lucy died. I loved that show. I think the Lucy fabric looks like a 50′s style apron to me. You could always think of all those fun moments Lucy and Ethel had together.
I love the Lucy fabric! I was thinking of buying some for an apron and pot holders for a friend who looooves Lucy.
An apron jumps out at me with those fabrics. I love Lucy too! Mary
I saw your Lucy fabric and thought boxers. I do like the apron idea though.
I automatically thought bibs for little Easton and even matching pants??
A shopping bag with matching color pink botton!
Another apron suggestion! Boxers also make sense but will DH appreciate Lucy like you do?
My grandmother’s name was Lucy, so need I say I love Lucy!I even have the logo on my car. Anyway, I ordered the fabric with candy print to make a apron for V-Day.
