Christmas was wonderful – everyone had a great time, Taylor was thrilled with all of her gifts, Easton felt better (after having a high fever on Christmas Eve) and played with all of his toys, we ate wonderful food, and all enjoyed each other’s company! So where does the disappointment come in? My experience with Crybabyboutique. I placed my order on December 9 and still have not received a package (according to the USPS website, it still hasn’t been shipped). I’ve used their ‘contact us’ section of their site 3 times, emailed once and still have not received a response. I know that other people have ordered from this site in the past and had a good experience, but I can’t say that mine has been stellar – in fact I’m about ready to contact my credit card company and paypal to dispute the charges if I either don’t hear from the seller or have my order in my hands in the next few days. What a pain in the rear!

    I feel your pain! DF ordered salmon for delivery on 12/24 and it still hasn’t arrived yet. Needless to say we’ll be disputing that one.
    I hope your shipment arrives soon, and that the rest of your Christmas was good.

    That’s to bad your order didn’t come. I’m glad to know that is how they work. Thank goodness you used paypal. They are great at taking care of you. I’m so glad little Easton feels better too.

    What awful service, would you want to deal with them in future even if you did end up getting the fabric?

    Hi Stacy,
    I was emailed by Kim Kight that you had the same experience as me. I also ordered from Crybabys (November 21st) and have not received my fabric. I also called and emailed but no response. Are you going to contact Paypal? I guess I should, but don’t know how to go about it. I ordered from her previously and received my order no problem, and her site is still up, so I don’t know what is going on. If you find out, would you mind emailing me and I will do the same?     What a stinker! I ordered from her before and it took ages for it to arrive – I kept emailing and finally got her. She also charges a lot for shipping (in my opinion…). I’d contact PayPal if I were you…
