Actually, I’d recommend NL6557
The one you mentioned has a gather-waist skirt; this one has a flat a-line.

After looking at the photo a bit more, I think morphing the two patterns might be a good option. It’s difficult to see in the small photo above, but the waistline of 6644 looks more similar her actual dress (here’s the enlarged photo with more detail: http://thesuperficial.com/2008/01/jennifer_love_hewitt_is_ready.php)
while the skirt on 6557 looks more similar.
This is perfect timing, because I am using this pattern right now to knock off a bridesmaid dress! I am combining this pattern with NL 6589 for a more fitted waist and swirly skirt.
