Up Next…..

Because I’ve been sewing up my stash, I’ve really been making a dent into my ‘must sew’ list, but I still have lots to tackle… I’m sort of stuck as to what I’d like to make up next – here’s your chance to help me decide:

Project 1: Hoodie jacket for Taylor using Simplicity 3813 and the skull print fabric that I picked up from Lucy’s Fabrics.
Project 2: New PJ’s. I purchased this fabric (the blue Paris print from Fabric.com) with this particular project in mind. I don’t have a pattern selected for the bottoms, but I may use the Jalie tank or New Look 6160 for the top.
Project 3: The Jalie 1/2 zip top – I’ve loved this pattern ever since it came out (it’s even traced and ready to go!). I have a wonderful print that I picked up from Needle Nook Fabrics after I saw Lori’s version in the same fabric.
Project 4: The Jalie Twist Top. I can’t wait to try this pattern out! Unfortunately, I don’t have a fabric selected yet and this one isn’t traced off yet.
Project 5:A new purse for fall. Zaneta sent me this Nicole Mallalieu Designs pattern a few months ago, but didn’t have a chance to sew it up until my Amy Butler fabric arrived.
Project 6: Machine Covers. This is something that I really need to do at some point. I’ll need to draft patterns for each of my machines – while I’m at it, I plan on making a window curtain (or at least a valance) and some sewing room accessories. WHEW!

My vote is the same – start with #3 first since it is started and then I’m sure Taylor would love to have something new. Happy sewing!

I dunno – I’m kinda partial to the hoodie for back to school and besides, the skully fabric is so fantastic!

I too have to go with #3 first since its cut out then #1 for Taylor. And third, #5 a new purse for fall.

Taylor’s hoodie for sure! I’ve been waiting to see that made up. And then of course, the Jalie 1/2 zip top–I SOOO love that pattern too (I don’t think they make a bad pattern!) And then that handbag is really cute too. Oh well, I couldn’t pick just one!
