This weekend I was in dire need of some sewing therapy. My short coat was slowly progressing and I really needed something that would provide some instant gratification. So I whipped out Kwik Sew 3455 and my ‘Many Hands’ buttermilk from Emma One Sock and went to work.
Since this to is considered a close fitting top and what I really wanted was a more ‘relaxed’ fit – I decided to cut a small even though my measurements place me in the XSmall size. A few hours later, I had this top:
The sides wrap around the back – which would be more dramatic looking if I would have gone for the more fitted size:
Now, I can’t wait to get back to my coat.
