I have officially gone portable….. Bret bought me a notebook yesterday – a Compaq Presario!
So instead of sewing last night, I surfed – more than usual, and all from the comfort of my favorite chair. I caught up on some of my favorite blogs (by the way, does anyone know what happened to My Paper Crane?), I browsed online pattern and fabric stores (Amy Butler fabrics are in most online stores now), and I started my own Wist list! I spent the better part of the evening adding some of my favorite online crafty items to my list!
That’s not to say that I haven’t been sewing, though. I did manage to squeeze in some more sewing on my In K Designs jacket and I’m about ready to add the collar! If all goes well, I may get this done before the end of the week.

I just foudn the new AB fabrics today. Aren’t they lovely? I’m going to have to control myself.
i’d get a lot more sewing done if (a) my powerbook weren’t so portable and (b) my living room chairs weren’t so comfortable… its a bad combination! but i bought a ton of fabric today to sew up for the shop, so i cant get too cozy…!

S – I think I have to join the fabriholic club. That japanese geisha print got me too, the first time around. I love it; not sure what I will make with it though. I also ordered whaaay too much AB fabric.
